On Mahashivratri, we celebrate the Shiva Tattva by going deep within us, meditating, and rejoicing in the Shiva energy. ~ Sri Sri

Last Monday we had Maha Shivratri special satsang. Each one present was mesmerised by the beautiful shiva elements decor and soaked themselves in blissful shiva bhajans. Here are a few glimpse.

Yuvaan 3.0 Satsang

Yesterday we had a soulful YUVAAN 3.0 special satsang.

YUVAAN is a Happiness Program for Youths being organized by the art of living each year, where Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar interacts with the participants LIVE on the last day. The decoration of yesterday evening exhibited various benefits of the Program like enhancing creativity, elimination of stress, dynamism, boosting confidence, finding inner peace, improving memory and concentration, bringing clarity of mind, sorting out relationships, etc.

The jam-packed audience enjoyed the satsang followed by meditation, weekly birthday celebration and photoshoot with the props

Prajna Yoga Follow-up!

For children, it is easy to tap into and develop this intuitive dimension. As their minds are fresh, less obsessive and more in tune with nature.
Yesterday we had a fantastic follow-up with our intuition kids!🥳
We are so amazed after hearing their experiences,the way they have developed their intuitive abilities through simple still unique exercises and meditation which they have learnt in Program called ” Prajna Yoga – Intuition Process”! The daily #practice (#sadhana ) is impacting and improving their #studies , #talents, #communication and #creativity !
