We cannot keep calm when its our beloved Master’s birthday!

13th May like every year is a special day for us and we do grand celebrations as its the birthday of the Founder of The Art of Living Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. However, this year the celebrations took off on a different mode as the whole world fights back the deadly pandemic Covid19. This year we did Online celebration and people from different corners of the world joined us LIVE!

Morning celebrations began with Sadhna (daily practice of Yoga & Sudarshan Kriya gifted by Gurudev to the humanity), Guru Puja (a thanks giving ceremony to the tradition of the Masters) and cake cutting. Evening celebrations had some musical element in the form of Satsang which brought out the sheer joy & enthusiasm inside us. We all realised how badly we are missing our Monday Satsangs. A blissfull chanting of the Guru Puja and of course the cake cutting marked the end of this beautiful day.

We are ever grateful to Gurudev to have blessed us with his presence in our lives and on this planet.

Prajna Yoga Follow-up!

Yesterday we had a fantastic follow-up with our intuition kids!🥳
We are so amazed after hearing their experiences,the way they have developed their intuitive abilities through simple still unique exercises and meditation which they have learnt in Program called ” Prajna Yoga – Intuition Process”! The daily #practice (#sadhana ) is impacting and improving their #studies , #talents, #communication and #creativity !

In Yesterday’s weekly follow up, Jitu bhaiya explained us about the importance of cultural and folk music and made us do some stretching of our body and our smile as well! 😊 After the rejuvenating Sudarshan kriya, we watched a beautiful knowledge video of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Now we are all set for the week ahead!

Colors Of Life – with Dr. Bhagwati Oza

We had with us Dr. Bhagwati M Oza in the latest edition of COLORS OF LIFE this Sunday. A woman of grit and determination, she shared with us some very interesting stories and incidents of her life which sounded entertaining and were very inspiring as well. An adventurous soul, she still at an age of 82, runs marathon, cycles, swims and takes part in numerous social activities. Glowing and still going strong, She left us all spell bound. We are grateful to her for taking her time out and giving the audience some valuable and life changing inspiration. #ColorsOfLife

The latest edition of Colors of Life had Shri Gautam A Dabir ji, a highly regarded singer and music composer. The audience were lucky to know a few amazing things about music from him with some practical experience also. He also shared his journey with us which seemed no less then a miracle. Sunday Follow-up with Kamlesh Patel

We had an amazing surprise yesterday in the Sunday follow-up with DID fame Mr. Kamlesh Patel visiting us. The hall filled up with cheers as he entered. Sharing some of his life stories, he inspired us to stay positive and work relentlessly towards the goal. He wrapped up this short intimate conversation quoting one of Galib’s most famous works which says, हाथों की लकीरों पे मत जा ए ग़ालिब, नसीब उन के भी होते हैं जिन के हाथ नहीं होते. Sunday Follow-Ups – Relaxing, Rejuvenating & Refreshing!

Sundays are always special & awaited. Because Sundays bring with them the dose of fresh rejuvenating-relaxing-refreshing long Kriya in Guruji’s Voice. This Sunday was more special as we had a surprise. The volunteers received performance certificates for performing Garba & representing Gujarat on world’s largest stage in The World Culture Festival held in March ’16.
It was a moment of joy & pride for all of us on receiving them with our names on it.

Ashram Course Feb 2016

Last weekend was fun yet relaxing. I concluded a weekend special HAPPINESS PROGRAM at the serene and magical The Art Of Living Ashram – Gujarat ( Ankalwadi-Vasad).
Also, we had a fun filled ASHRAM RETREAT trip organised on Sunday evening for the volunteers and participants of the previous courses from Baroda.

The two days were of total bliss, serenity, and fun!

Looking forward to have more such time at the Home away from Home!

With just 38 days to go for The World Culture Festival, we had a special presentation on ‪#‎WCF2016‬ regarding the various seva opportunities, in the follow-up yesterday. To be held on 11-13 March 2016 at New Delhi, I briefed the volunteers regarding the Event and various seva avenues that can be worked upon.

It turned out to be more inspiring with senior International faculty Ashish Pandya ji visiting us and throwing some more light on it!

We all are geared up and ready to host the world’s largest gathering, The World Culture Festival 2016!

New year Resolution!

Jitubhaiya thought of starting 2016 with something that can be of great help for the volunteers & help them to get closer to their dreams, making 2016 worth remembering for them.
And so, we organised a special session on “Resolutions” with New Year’s first follow-up. It was amazing with around 100 volunteers turning up to make themselves clear about their New Year resolutions.

Jitubhaiya explained and guided them about some essentials of taking a resolution and how to stick with them all through the year. Also, gifted a special resolution card to help them remember and stick to their resolution each day.

It was indeed a great start to the year!
