On this World Kindness Day I fondly recall that 8 years back I started a movement called ‘sevatrend’ where people were inspired to do random act of kindness, click a picture and share on social media with #sevatrend and inspire other people to help those in need.
Help – Click – Share – Inspire
This was the motto of the movement. Today this movement has inspired thousands of individuals to inculcate this emotion of kindness.
On major Indian festivals me and my Youth team Yes+ Gang plan and execute such #sevatrend touching the lives of not so fortunate souls. Keeping up with this tradition, this year in Diwali we distributed more than 200 goodie bags to kids in slum areas of Vadodara. The kit contained sweets, fire crackers, stationery, color books, etc. We also burst crackers with them. The delight on the face of the kids increased our joy manifold.
